I am using captivate 4 on Moodle 2. When I add a scorm activity and get it to display in the same window I get these results.

If I am looking at the right box (looks gray to me). That is your background. You should be able to remove it by adjusting the size of the background or the size of the object. You could also adjust the color.

Thanks ever so much for getting back to me - I can change the background but it is the box around that is causing the issues. It cuts of the captivate module - a colleague it is something to do with iframes.

that's the SCORM player window - it uses an object frame(or iframe in IE6) to display the scorm - it needs to use a frame based player so that navigation inside the SCORM object works.
We've rewritten the player window in 2.0 (see other forum posts about this) - and it should try to automatically use the biggest space available both width and height inside your browser - issues with this are usually due to restrictions set by your theme - try changing theme to one of the standard ones and see if that resolves it.

This really helps - at least I know what the problem is. It's caused me a lot of sleepless nights.
I'll pass it back to Pukunui Technology who created the theme especially for me.
