I'm looking for a course format that would do one (or both) of the following.
1. Hides all 'future' weeks from view until the student has been enrolled for a pre-specified time period. For example - Once the student has been enrolled for 1 week, "Week 2" will become available. Then, exactly one week later, "Week 3" opens up. And so on.
OR
2. The Student must pass a 'final exam' for a section before the next week's worth of material becomes available to them.
Any thoughts? Are there already existing modules for this. I've looked but can't find anything.

Hi there. Well it's not quite what you want but there is the Activity Locking course format that you could do a search for. What you are after is something called conditional activities which will be standard in Moodle 2.0
