Is anyone else getting this message when saving a new group or updating a group?

Error output, so disabling automatic redirect."
There does not appear to be any actual error output (I've set the PHP debug level to 'none' and this still happens), nor does anything seem to have gone wrong, other than the message shown above.
Any ideas?
