Scorm Content with AS3 opening extra Firefox Tab

Hi all, I have put together a very simple Scorm 1.2 package (just 1 Slide) in Adobe Captivate based on a bigger project and published it using ActionScript 3(AS3). It works fine in Internet Explorer but in Firefox an extra Tab opens up which obscures the content. It works fine when I view the HTML content in Firefox outside the Moodle enviroment. When I change to publish using AS2 Firefox works as expected (no extra Tab). Would anyone be able to hazard a guess why AS3 is causing the errant Firefox Tab.

P.S. I can upload the zip file (300K) if I can figure out how to upload to the repository.

Fixed by upgrading to Captivate 5 (JIC anyone else is seeing the same problem)

I had the same issue with Captivate 4 and Moodle 1.9.7 and I found on the Captivate forums another person having the issue (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/454812). Since Captivate creates the ActionScript upon publishing the file I do not think there is a fix except reverting back to AS2 or upgrading to CP5.
