I've been ask to customize moodle with 'Personal Validation' functionality.

This is an attempt to ensure that the right person took the whole 'course'

The module is supposed to make a number of randomly selected questions from a bank, at random spots throughout a course session.

The person taking the course needs to answer each question within 30 seconds.

If at one point the person has answered a certain percentage of the questions wrong, the course session should be suspended.

This seems pretty involved... Is there anything existent that comes close to this?

If not, advise as to how this would be added to moodle (ie: trigger points, ui inclussion points, etc) will be greatly appreciated.
