请问moodle的数据库选mysql还是选PostgreSQL好？如果现在已经是mysql可以转到PostgreSQL上吗？
另，现在的mysql数据库老是出现

的情况。访问的用户也不是很多（平常20~30个，高峰时到达200个）。
在添加了My Stuff模块后，就经常出现这个问题。
在同一间电脑室，只是30个人同时访问，（那是还是一台PC。4G内存。2个SATA做RAID1）就出现了这个问题。
有没有什么优化数据库的方法？
