Wow, this is getting more bizarre. I can upload a zip file. I can then extract it in Moodle. Then I can zip in Moodle but when I download it keeps saying 'no files' or 'files corrupted'.
I now have an email to our network administrator to see if the network security is preventing zip files from being downloaded / or corrupts them.
