Ok well - I have never used Blackboard but if they are Blackboard quizzes then you should be able to import them into a Moodle quiz and they will work in the gradebook there. Set up a Moodle quiz page; click save and display and then click Import. You should get the option to import the zip file from Blackboard. But as I said - I have not used this, so I can't guarantee it
