Easy way to change all assignment max upload size

Hello!
I want to change all of the assignments in all of my courses to set the maximum upload file size to the site limit of 10MB. Is there a quick way to do that? (before I go in an modify the settings for every assignment manually one-by-one).

I already have the settings in each course set to 10MB.
