Hi... I have chosen Chameleon for my site but the font for the course title headings and course homepage headings are too small.
I was reading the discussion by Urs Hunkler Re:link font size bigger. I experimented with Chameleon and was ready to copy my changes in the Free Edit to styles_fonts.css, but I didn't figure out the steps to finding it... nor finding how to get to moodle/theme/

The directory you're referring to (/moodle/theme/) is located on your file server. It cannot be accessed from the Moodle front end.
