My website at class.scphoto.com is running on Siteground hosting servers with Moodle 1.9 having been updated several weeks ago. Recently my web site was hacked causing me to drop all of the photographs from the site and then again a second time when someone added material to the head of the site. Siteground resolved the issue and I don't know if it was their fix or the upgrade to 1.9 version but since then I recently tried to import content from one class to another which I have done many times but this time it failed to complete and I was given the following error message:
Insert into log table failed at Thursday 23rd of July 2009 04:25:35 PM.
It is possible that your disk is full.
The failed SQL is:
INSERT INTO mdl_log (time, userid, course, ip, module, cmid, action, url, info)
VALUES ('1248384335', '2', '1', '67.180.161.50', 'course', '0', 'view', 'view.php?id=1', '1')
Anyone have any idea why this happened and is this something I can fix or must Siteground. I put in a job ticket (major challenge) and they said that my disk is not full and they could not find any problems.
