Backup hangs on Windows box

I have the same problem reported in this thread:

But, I am on a Windows box not a Unix box. How can I correct this and how do I enter the correct path for the zip files. We tried to specify a path but then instead of hanging at the 'writing zip files' I got an error that there was a problem writing to the path.

  • Copying site files used in course
  • Zipping backup
  • Copying zip file
    An error occurred while copying the zip file to the course directory

The backup did not complete successfully
