Web conferencing plugins (including BigBlueButton)

I've just exracted my Openmeetings 0.5 mod into /mod directory on my Moodle 2.0 build. (I think it will not work on moodle 2.0) But I don't see this mod in Activity Modules. So I can't configure it.
When I try to create this activity in course it says : "Unknown help topic richtext".
And one more question - how can I close all administrative tabs, when I log on they're all open and I can't close them.
