hello everybody,
am using moodle for our institute...i wanted to have a form on site so that my employee and students can fill the complete information like...name/address/email/moblie/blood group/city/emergency contact etc...and uplaod their own photo.
now i should be able to download the information from the site for further process like genrating I-card or exam reciet etc.
is there any plugin or module available?
or any ohter way of doing it?
