It has been a long time since I message you. (: I appreciate all your replys and I'm pretty clear what I want to ask you now...
I have actually understand what is my problem... Currently my project is to use a Windows Mobile phone to upload stuff into the Moodle. I know that you told me to access through the internet site to log in to moodle. I have actually personally created a program that is written in VB.net to upload stuff into a portal. I have tried uploading to sharepoint already. It works perfectly! (: I guess only moodle we can't just seems to upload files using the program we have created. Is there any way that I can use this program I've created, to access moodle itself to upload the required folder I'm suppose to upload to.
Is there any restriction from the Moodle itself...
