I have found answers to any questions that I have had on the articulate website and the Moodle support documents/forums.
There are many tutorials on the articulate site.

and a SCORM forum here:

(which someone will likely move this post to!)

I would recommend you iSpring Suite, it's easy to use (based in PowerPoint and supports its features really well) and generates SCORM-compliant Flash courses. You can try 30 days for free: http://www.ispringsolutions.com/ispring-suite
I currently have flash based lessons and separate quizzes. The flash lessons do have interactive quizzes but they aren't currently scored in my Moodle grade book, I have separate quizzes for that. Are there authoring tools that will enable me to track scores for questions created within lessons? Will Scorm track scores or just activity? If not will Tin Can? I want to get away from separate lessons and quizzes if that's possible. I really don't mind spending money for a commercial solution but I want to get the best one.
