I've just gone to change some tables of my termreview module in XMLDB editor and found a problem; some of the tables I created in a recent version weren't there, I've checked and they're not in install.xml. I think the problem will either be me being stupid and not saving it, or file permissions issue (I found that install.xal was owned by root with 644, I've chowned it to www-data now).
I have the tables in my database and their definitions are in upgrade.php (that's how they got into the database). What's the best way to get the correct install.xml?
