We created a series of users from a spreadsheet and successfully uploaded them. The users worked on one day and had full functionality. The next day only a couple no longer worked. Just had three more from today. These users were put into the system and now they are gone. I am the only one who removes users. The short answer to your additional question is....no. No other problems or error messages.
