Well it worked when I looked -he must have been editing it?
Jon and I chatted via private message last week sometime. He's taken it down temporarily to do some minor work on it. I'm sure he'll repost a link when it's available again.

Does point to Chengs theme, Im guessing you have edited your theme entry in the theme database at somepoint and it is now waiting aproval to be listed again.
Your seeing the theme because your logged in, try logging out of Moodle.org and visiting:

Hi Jon and thanks for your contribution to the Moodle Themes database. I must say that the "silver" (medium grey #c2c2c2) background color used for the Site News (forum?) section on the welcome page of your test site rather puts me off. May I recommend you use a lighter shade of grey (if you must absolutely use grey, anyway).
