Also there is a Using Moodle Book that will take you through the process. You want the 2nd Edition by Jason Cole and Helen Foster. You can buy a copy online or you can download the PDF on this site. http://docs.moodle.org/en/Using_Moodle_book... I have the download for using when online, though I also bought a copy to have with me for reference when working with teachers... part of the proceeds go to supporting Moodle.
