- All important fixes (like security fixes) or trivial fixes that don't need testing should still go into MOODLE_14_STABLE and then be merged into HEAD immediately.
- All new features and enhancements should go into HEAD only.
Very big new features should probably go in a separate branch - I'll be opening some up soon for a few projects, including read/unread email and file sharing.
Personally I will really really really be trying to ignore all you people and focussing on getting templates done.
