Questionnaire (plugin)

Hi,
when accessing questionnaire with https I got an error because in
mod/questionnaire/phpESP/public/handler.php line 69
is 'http' hard-coded:
        $action = 'http://' . $HTTP_SERVER_VARS['HTTP_HOST'] . $HTTP_SERVER_VARS['PHP_SELF'];

Is it possible to fix this?
