Yes - it's the same module!
the links in the modules and plugins database are to some nightly generated zips of the files in contrib cvs - so when that process runs in the next 24 hours or so, the latest files will be available via those links.
I'm unable to patch the report though, as Chardelle hosts that file on her site, rather than in Contrib cvs
