I have just recently found a number of people using moodle or about to start using it in Korea and I have started a phpBB board so that we can share tips & ideas that are specific to teaching ESL/EFL iin the Korean context.

Moodlers in Japan, China, or Taiwan may be interested as well since culturally these three countries are very similar.  I look forward to seeing others there.
