I have tried to integrate OATS (annotation, highlighting and tagging system - http://ihelp.usask.ca/OATS/) into Moodle. It works fine if I integrate it in any other web page, or iHelp learning system. However, in Moodle it has some styling conflicts. For example, navigation tabs are segmented in many parts, drop-down lists (in HTML editor or anywhere on the page) does not show default values (see attached screenshot).
OATS uses javascript, so I thought it could be some conflict with OATS and Moodle variables or styles. I have tried to change OATS global variables and style classes name and add oats_ prefix, but it didn't help.
Is there any idea what could be the problem here?
