The instructors I work with want to collaboratively build a glossary and then share that glossary to all of their courses. Is there an easy way to export just that glossary and then import it into the other courses? I don't want to use the global glossary function. What are the steps to do this if possible?
1. click on export
2. save to your machine
3. open new course
4. under add an activity, add a new glossary as a secondary glossary, save it with nothing in it.
5. open the new glossary at the course.
6. upper right hand corner is Import entries. Import your file from your machine into your new glossary.
7. If you want that glossary more available to other courses, create a sticky block with a hyperlink to that glossary. It will show on all the course pages.
