I just had my site upgraded to 1.9 and need to make a theme for it without using one of the set themes. I found one through the site that I want to change the colors on but am having trouble uploading it to the website as an option in themes selector
Right I understand that but since I wasn't the one to upgrade it, moodlerooms did, I don't have the 1.9 dl or folders on our system. Does that make sense? Example, I found where to do it if I were to be doing it in 1.8 but since the 1.9 upgrade wasn't installed here I don't have the folder.
