Daryl I know that you ahve got some answers already but Adobe presenter 7 is absolutely brilliant. It keeps the audio synchroised with your powerpoint - without reducing the sound quality. It provides the finished artcile in flash and html format giving you extremely small file sizes allowing your students to download it with minimal hassle.
