Using Moodle version 1.3.2 with Glossary module v 1.25.4.1

When logged in as Administrator, in Administration>>Configuration>>Filters: what is the difference between the two filters "Resource autolinking" and "Glossary autolinking"?

TIA

One links glossary terms like server, one links resource names. There is also the activity linking, which links all the activity names (including resources) like open chat lounge.

Thank you Martin.

In that case, may I suggest re-wording "Resource Auto-linking" to "Resource Names Auto-linking" (similar to "Activity Names Auto-linking")?

Hi Martin

Thanks for having implemented my suggestion (Resource Names Auto-linking) in version 1.4.

Hello Martin

First: Thanks for this great tool that is Moodle !

Well and regarding Glossary Autolinking: There are possibilities to have several identical terms in a glossary, and throughout several glossaries same names or terms can appear.

Question:

How does autolinking work in such cases.

Could we have - for example - a popup (overlib?) with the different link options ?

Or does Moodle make a selection and only shows one links - in such a case, which would be the link shown to the user ?

Best regards from Costa Rica.
