About this role
The Moodle Apps team is looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) Junior Project Coordinator to coordinate the execution of standardised projects ensuring they are delivered on time and achieving high customer satisfaction.
What your new job can look like…
Coordination between clients and the development team during each project life-cycle
Coordination with the support team
Project monitoring, tracking and reporting
Project administration and collaboration tasks (scheduling meetings, etc..)
Reporting to the Delivery and Portfolio manager
Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills
English, conversational
University Degree or technical studies module (Grado de Módulo Superior)
General technology knowledge (android, ios, smartphones) as a power user
Good written and verbal communication skills
Be able to prioritise and work with multiple small projects simultaneously
Eye for detail
Ability to work remotely
High motivation
Desirable but not essential:
Having worked with project management tools and techniques
Moodle knowledge (administrator, teacher or user basic)
