We’re looking for up to 8 software developers and senior software developers

Learning Pool is an internationally recognised provider of open-source learning management solutions. With almost 500 installations globally, our LMS implementations win awards and our customers achieve real business value with the solutions we provide. We’ve developed a loyal customer base over several years and we’re currently scaling our team to meet international demand.

We’re looking for the best and brightest talent to support our open-source LMS customers, to innovate our technology and support blue-chip clients at scale. We want to hear from you regardless of your location and we’re happy to talk to you about long term or short term projects and whether you want to work as an employee or as a freelance contractor.

To be considered, you’ll need to show practical experience of working in a commercial setting on open-source LMS projects where delivery deadlines matter and adherence to best practice and high-quality standards are the norm. Moodle or Totara experience is required and experience of working with a scalable infrastructure environment like AWS, is highly desirable. Most of all we’re interested in talking to you if you are highly productive, solutions focused and passionate about doing a great job for the customer.
