Moodle jobs

I need a simple way to copy paste activities & resources from one course to another, similarly to the "Sharing Cart" plugin, if you are familiar with it. 

Yet, this plugin is old, and I would like to take a different approach,using a repository course and the drag and drop functionality. 

This is urgent, so I would prefer to hire someone that can attend this task as soon as possible.
