Moodle jobs

1. We are looking for someone to design an "instructor dashboard" block that teachers will see as soon as they log into moodle.

This dashboard will show a summary of each course in a single central block, detailing per course:

Work submitted but not marked - detailed per student in that course.  Clicking on the work takes the instructor to the marking page.

Students who have not logged in for 14 days.

Students who have completed the course.

2. We are looking for someone to design a plugin that emails the site administrator and the course instructor when a student completes a course.

We need two versions of each of the above - one for Moodle 2.2 and one for Moodle 2.71

Please note that the solutions provided must not be modifications of the core, but standalone plugins.
