Moodle Support Administrator (TAFE)

Our client is in the pre-launch phase of a brand new online training business within the TAFE Sector.

The small team (less than 30 staff) has the benefit of a General Manager with significant experience in online education and a business vision to provide Australians with the opportunity to study accredited courses online, in their own time.

 

A valued member of the team will be the Moodle Support Administrator who will be responsible for administrator / technical tasks required to maintain, support and continuously develop the learning platform - Moodle including

  • Ensure effective integration of Moodle resources in particular links and videos

  • Provide trouble-shooting and helpdesk solutions

  • Upload course content on  to the Moodle site within the directed time frame and using existing look and feel

  • Deploy newly requested Moodle sites as required by the business.

  • Participate in the Moodle resource loft-cycle, working with Head of Teaching and Instructional Designers to ensure timely course set up, back-ups, and archiving.
