Moodle jobs

I've got my moodle about halfway set up.  I'm having problems adding scorm content designed in articulate.  The videos don't play.  I'll also want some assistance with finalizing the setup, such as adding in certificates, understanding the system better, and a couple of features that the client requires. 

I realize that your wisdom is invaluable to me, but I can only pay $25 an hour.

I am using  2.4.1 (Build: 20130114) version of moodle.
