More Than 4 years experience in e-learning
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to web-based instruction
  • Extensive knowledge of information architecture principles and methods
  • Understanding of various operating systems, file structures, file formats, and protocols
  • High level of expertise with software that facilitates the design of instruction (storyboards, flow charts, assessments)
  • Experience with web-based course management tools
  • Basic knowledge of streaming audio and video, compression methods
  • Ability to build online courseware
  • Ability to develop e-Book contents
  • Familiarity with graphic design elements appropriate for online instruction
  • Experience knowledge of HTML
  • Quality Assurance (Content, Cross browser, Flash animation, CSS & XHTML)
  • Good Experience in CSS
  • Excellent dealing with Learning Management Systems (MOODLE, eXact and Blackboard)
  • Excellent working with productivity software (Dreamweaver, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Elluminate, Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Audition)
  • Ability to work on Windows and Linux operating systems
