Job offered: Programmer for Online Training Site

I work for an architectural consulting firm, and we are looking to launch a training site where architects can login and take courses online.

Site description:

Architects would need to enroll by payment, watch a 45 minute video and take a 10 question quiz. Completion of course would generate and then email the personal certificate to various places. These are just some basic details in that there are many more to discuss.

We would like to consult with a qualified and experienced moodle programmer.
