Program Manager - Thunderbird Online

Maintains customer service excellence while interacting with Thunderbird Online customers by responding to general or program related questions and requests through email and phone interactions.  Provides registration and application processing support for Thunderbird Online program offerings while maintaining database integrity. Maintains and monitors program evaluation administration for consistency and distributes compiled evaluations reports. Supports the Thunderbird Online operations team by assisting with key online program verification, routine course management: documentation, communication, and replicating and moving course pages for delivery of the online program portfolio. Provides research and other administrative support for key department initiatives. Serves as a critical component in meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction levels for Thunderbird Online clients ultimately contributing to sustaining Thunderbird School of Global Management’s overall ranking results.
