PHP/Moodle Developer
Role Overview:
You will
be responsible for designing and developing solutions using Moodle. Additionally, you will also be responsible for developing web-based applications using PHP and MySQL , WAMP/LAMP
,HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX.
Your
experience in working with various open source platforms such as wordpress,
Drupal and Joomla will be added advantage.
Unique
problem solving skills with the ability to work independently are extremely
important for this role.
Knowledge
of any other Learning Management System and SCORM will be added advantage.
Required Role Attributes
>> Understand, interpret and
articulate business requirements.
>> Develop Solution Blueprint based
on Business Requirements and proposed solutions.
>> Design and document Functional
Specifications based on Business Requirements.
>> Articulate Business Requirements
and Functional Specifications to rest of the team and stakeholders.
>> Develop programs and frameworks
based on Industry standards.
>> Collaborate with testing team to
develop Quality Assurance Strategy document.
>> Develop test scenarios and test
scripts in collaboration with Quality Assurance team.
Required Skills:
>> At least 1-2 years of experience in developing web applications using PHP and MySQL or Moodle.
>> Must have experience in developing/customizing applications using one of the frameworks Moodle, Zend Framework, Joomla and Magneto
>> Must have good exposure of API's integration and Development
>> Must be exposed to Webservices
>> Must have good exposure to web server and application servers.
>> Must be having a good experience with MySql, planning database architecture, mobile versions/responsive design implementations
>> Must have good knowledge of coding standards, best programming practices and avoid performance issues of applications
>> Must be having good verbal and written communication skills in English.
