This is a remote part-time to full-time (20-30 hours per week) contract / temporary position for approximately 4 months starting as soon as possible.

This position is responsible for the following work supporting the LMS / LXP system:

Help with Totara Engage custom development for the Anesthesia Toolbox LXP project:

  • Testing, setting up the system, preparing tutorials, troubleshooting, and ensuring that Anesthesia Toolbox LXP functions [It rund on Totara Engage]
  • Make interface and functionality changes per the feedback we receive from our Experience Team, Toolbox Ed Board, and Toolbox users.

Support the Ed Board on curation and creation of content in Toolbox (1000+ articles, 1000+ questions)

Anesthesia Toolbox support

  • Provide training and support to users and administrators of the Anesthesia Toolbox LXP. Create instructional materials and conduct workshops or webinars.
  • User account administration. Currently, that is a considerable task done by ASA staff. The goal is to make resident program admins do it – and we should provide support. 
  • Helps with analytics to track user engagement, progress, and performance. Generate reports for stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track user engagement, progress, and performance. Generate reports for stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Personalization and Adaptive Learning: Help with the implementation of features that personalize the learning experience for users, such as adaptive learning paths and AI-driven recommendations.
  • Social Learning Facilitation: Help facilitate social learning and knowledge sharing among users through forums, communities, and collaboration tools within the LXP.
