Working alongside other eLearning Developers and reporting to the Group Learning and Development Manager this role provides an opportunity to make a real difference and to continue to develop your own skills and knowledge.

 

Our requirement is for an eLearning Developer who can both design and develop eLearning courses, typically working on 2-3 projects at a time.

 

The main responsibilities and objectives of this eLearning Developer role are:

 

  • Working with a diverse group of internal and external clients and subject matter experts to define requirements

  • Storyboarding using SCORM compliant and mainstream authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline

  • Working closely with content creators, graphics and other internal resources to adapt content into creative and engaging courses

  • Undertaking numerous diverse projects  to create eLearning courses that cover a very broad range of businesses

  • Providing a strong creative influence

 

 

The eLearning Developer will need to have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Experience in a similar role as either an eLearning Developer or eLearning designer

  • It is critical to have experience in course creation as well as design

  • Experience with Articulate and operating in a Moodle environment

  • Creative flair and demonstrable design skills

  • Previous experience designing and developing courses that incorporate audio and video

  • Ideally some basic web development skills in HTML and CSS

  • Comfortable using Excel to produce business critical reporting.
