Práce pro Moodle

This home-based position is to contribute to the technical development of MEI’s Integral platform, based on Moodle, for online mathematics support and resources. It will involve working with other developers and academics to enhance and extend Integral in supporting thousands of teacher and student users. To this end, this role will include making best use of native Moodle functionality and available plugins/themes as well as the development of bespoke solutions through PHP/Javascript/HTML/CSS, building on the Moodle core.

The role will involve working closely with MEI colleagues involved in several strands of MEI’s work.

Mathematics in Education and Industry (MEI) is a national mathematics education charity that aims to enhance mathematics education and promote links between education and industry. Much of MEI’s work involves the development of mathematics curricula; the provision of professional development for teachers; and the development of teaching and learning resources. MEI also manages national programmes to enhance mathematics education, including the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP), a government-funded programme that provides universal access to students who wish to study AS/A level Further Mathematics.
