A moodle developer is required to develop a custom quiz block for moodle

Some features of the custom quiz include split screen, word processing and spreadsheets integration.  Please review the link below and go through all question types (ie, review all the pages till you come to the end) - the functionality required for the custom quiz is very similar to that in the link - I'm after a "Moodle" version of the quiz functionalities in the link.

Kindly get back to me with your experience and why you believe you can deliver the block.  You will need to tell me or show me something that provides evidence you can deliver some important aspect of the requirement; I have been unsuccessful so far in getting this completed, so really need a developer who can deliver this.

Bear in mind there is a back-end to the quiz functionality - the link is showing the user interface (front end) only.

The budget for this is around £2,000.  

All applications should include information on why you believe you can deliver, show or tell me something related to the requirement that provides evidence of potential to deliver, provide estimated timescales for delivery, and your price (bearing in mind back-end functionality is also required).  Contract will be awarded on a fixed-cost basis only.
