Job offered: Freelance tech support

Location: Washington DC or anywhere in the US

Hello,
I am hosting content produced with Articulate Presenter and a few users cannot get the e-learning modules to launch, seeing the following message:

“Error – Unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support.”
Users having had this issue have been using different browsers...

I have researched Articulate and Moodle forums and there are so many suggestions on what could be the problem and the fix that I do not know where to start.
I am not an expert in LMS or computers either... and I realize dealing with the issues of a few users takes me a long time.
SO, I am thinking that what would be best for me is to find a freelance specialist who can work with us on fixing little problems and even interact with our clients when needed.
