Based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, our offices are minutes from local rail and bus links, and free car parking is available.

Job Description

Your role will be to offer 1st and 2nd line support on Moodle, you will be working on the support helpdesk and assisting customers with requests for technical support via email, telephone or via the live chat service. You must be able to provide a high level of efficiency, speed and good service to maximise customer satisfaction and promote future sales.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Promptly and professionally responds to client requests for support
  • Answer phone requests for support
  • Answers requests for Moodle support (How do I.. questions).
  • Manages client expectations for service response.
  • Facilitates execution of the Remote-Learner team against the SLA

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring telephone calls are answered and issues are properly logged
  • Following up support tasks logged by other colleagues promptly
  • Responding to support queries received by email/live chat in a timely fashion
  • Completing change requests submitted by customers
  • Completing course layouts of moodles when required
  • Scheduling training sessions when training team unavailable
  • Liaising with third parties (e.g. LEA helpdesks) on behalf of customers
  • Managing go-live process and domain names
  • Promoting additional products to customers and liaising with sales to ensure any such opportunities are followed up
  • Occasionally, training clients on Moodle
