Hello.   I am looking for a developer to help to create a platform that can serve up SCORM modules, similar to a full LMS but without all the extraneous stuff that comes along with it.  It's going to be for a very specific niche use so all the extra stuff is not needed.  I'm trying to create something really lightweight and basic.

I'm looking for a long term relationship with someone who is a freelancer with extra time or a full-time programmer with extra time.  I plan on doing some PHP coding myself but I need help with the heavy lifting since I'm a novice.
