E-LEARNING SUPPORT OFICER
£30,973 to £37,603 per annum inc LW

University of London Computer Centre (ULCC) is looking for a dynamic E-Learning Support Officer to join its expanding e-learning team. 

You will provide first line support to the customers of ULCC E-learning services. This involves responding to phone calls and emails, ensuring that the issues are resolved appropriately and the customer satisfied with the solution. This will include creating support documentation and training materials, assisting with the maintenance and development of the service, maintaining records of customers and producing reports on the service’s performance. 

You will have experience of supporting the use of technology in delivery of learning.  Alongside experience of using a VLE as a teacher and administrator, in particular you will have in-depth knowledge of Moodle and an awareness of recent developments. 
 
Having the ability to work flexibly both with others and on your own initiative, you will have excellent communications skills in both technical and teaching environments.
