We are looking for a junior Moodle candidate to join an existing LMS Team! 
This position is currently scheduled as a contract, with an excellent possibility of conversion!
This candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work with mangers, facutly and staff and work with LMS systems (Moodle preferred)
Will be responsible for supporting Moodle course development, design, and revision. The position’s primary duties will be related to maintaining program standards, troubleshooting technical or design issues, and assisting Faculty with relevant LMS course tasks.

• Moodle Troubleshooting and Support
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
•The applicant must have an Associate’s Degree in Instructional Design, or its equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years previous work experience.
•Preferably, experience in the Moodle LMS with regards to Higher Education programs is desired.
•Knowledge in instructional technologies, Webpage design, and course management systems is needed.
•Individuals should have experience in Moodle, MS Office, IE Explorer, Firefox, Safari, HTML and SCORM standards.
•Outstanding skills in LMS support (Moodle) through standard customer service channels (in-person, via telephone, e-mail, etc.).
•The skills to, individually or in coordination with others, design, develop, and maintain content related to Learning Management Systems.
•Experience with assisting customers with course-level configuration settings, verifying enrollment and student activity, correcting content or accessing problems/errors, taking appropriate action to resolve support issues, and ensuring readiness for the upcoming term.
•Ability to communicate across cultures to build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service to Faculty and Support Staff.
