I need my moodle site to have a timer feature that will keep track of how long a person takes to complete a course and requires them to be in the course for a certain amount of time before it can be marked as completed.

 

basically I need it to keep track of how long they are taking a lesson for example lesson 1 needs to be 20minutes and if they complete it in 14 then they cannot continue to the next course.
