As part of Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council’s capacity enhancement strategy, the organization is investing significant time and money into an online training and personal development program targeted at improving the skills and knowledge within the administration offices of its member First Nations. The goal of this program is to provide politically-neutral, skill-building modules in the areas of governance, community planning, economic development, financial management and technical services for use by Canadian First Nation elected officials and employees.
